Can't believe your patience. I would have had the credit card company refund the charge and then I would report the poor service on social media. Let Dyson worry about the bad publicity.
Man...I've been there before more than a couple of times. My mother had an account with JCPenney for 40 years & then their customer service was not as good. The same thing with Sears & AT&T. I trace that back to Bush Jr.'s hideous reign when products ended up being made cheaper, with a lack of customer service or accountability, & customers get left holding the bag. This company called Mr. Water Filter ripped me off. I ordered it & then returned it to get a refund & they claimed to never have received it & never refunded me my money either.
Republicans are just bad for business, for the environment, for the economy, for education, for decency & fairness. Even if Trump gets out of the party tomorrow, the republican party is a toxic, greedy, fascist, arrogant, cabal that only wants to support the rich, who don't need anyone's support, let alone the government's. I've been saying this for 40 years now, & people still vote for them. Fox is being used to brainwash them, but that's another topic.
Well now I’m never buying anything from Dyson. Ever. My war story nightmare was with Tracfone when I had one and they cancelled my minutes. I’m still mad about that company who’s owner at the time was owned by the world’s richest man. Not sure if he is or still owns them but I wouldn’t recommend buying any service from them either.
I moved a year ago and I told all my contacts my new address. I told my health insurance, Kaiser to make sure my address is changed all of their systems because they keep sending mail to my previous address. A year later I lost mail because they sent it to the wrong address. A full year later.

Keep swinging and stay in the fight Russ. Been a big fan since you published "Family of Secrets". Keep kickin butt!
