Excellent commentary! In addition to Putin's "Firehose of Lies" technique, he's using a "Firehose of Chaos!" technique to keep us off balance. It's all enraging and exhausting! Am I exhausted because it's hard to keep up with the whirlwind of it all....or is my constant rage making me exhausted?!!! I developed reflux starting in 2016, due to Trump, and still have it, and now have IBS, which I call "TBS" !!! I've read that psychosomatic illnesses are off the charts due to Trump!
